With over 26 years of project delivery experience, Rash Homes guru 'Ralph' began as a builder’s ‘apprentice’ in 1991 specialising in Residential & Commercial Construction, in the earlier years, and later in the management of major infrastructure projects within the Energy, Communications, Construction & Mining sectors.
Realising a need for assisting Clients with 'limited' experience in Building & Construction - Helping navigate the process, even if its just advice on how to start, what-to-do, how much it will cost or who to use, is our service.
Providing project risk management, researching & developing the 'right solution', whilst understanding client’s & other stakeholder’s needs.
Being 'realistic' and staying 'on-track' is key to keeping within project schedules, budgetary constraints, whilst maintaining a best practice delivery focus and legislative compliance.
